Golden Offering

It's that lens again, the same one that took yesterday's image.

Thank-you all for your comments and for stopping by, it means a great deal to me. I have a big deadline looming and I'm finding it difficult to reply to everyone - I shouldn't be blogging at all!

Nicely exposed so the whites don't burn out (my usual mistake!) DoF looks about two millimetres!! Did you buy the lens or is someone looking for it back?!
Now get that work done, but have a good nights sleep firstwink
pixelpixie: Ha! Well, yes I am the very proud owner of this 60mm beauty. Either that or I just wasn't getting my digital out at all. Go visit www.onestop-digital.com I saved nearly £100 on this lens!
You nailed the focus in this one. Lovely bokeh.
its the lighting that do it for me.

Ohhhh, and I love the play of light and shadow, PP. It's really fabulous.
nice focus here!
I like the unusual focus. It emphasizes the overall impression over the details without looking unintentionally out of focus. I am not sure how you pulled that off, but it works!
