My 'guess where I am' of the other day proved to be a doddle for everyone. I was, as almost everyone knew, inside a pod on the London Eye. And yes, it had been raining but the sun shone too and it was a wonderful experience and the next time I'm in town, I'll be wanting to do it again!

I hope this one proves to be more of a proper challenge. Where am I now?

this is incredible. It reminds me of that chagall painting with the violin and the goat, but instead of a strange kind of peace, you've created a frenzy of music. Really great shot.
pixelpixie: Hello Jessie, thanks for visiting! I'm really pleased you like it. Love your description -frenzy of music, because that's what I was trying to visualise!
Excellent stylized capture. Getting a shot like this right looks like it could be difficult, and you have pulled it off. Well done. Likeyd!
pixelpixie: Well thank-you! I've been Likeyd, that's a great compliment thanks!

OMG. A Chagall painting is absolutely right. I love it, PP. It's going straight to my Likeys regardless of where you were!
pixelpixie: I love your comment Ginnie! I've had to go to the library to look at Chagall's work, I wasn't too sure but yes, Jessie is spot on. I was in Covent Garden and these very talented people were busking. I'm hoping to go back in June and have another go at this shot.

FANTASTIC
pixelpixie: Wow, thanks Nicola!
Absolutely wonderful- you are a star! Jessie has it in one sentence.
I'm guessing they may be street musicians, maybe in Covent Garden?
pixelpixie: Well thank-you! And once more you are absolutely spot on! grin
Great piece of art. Congrats! smile

this is one to add to my likey list. No idea where you are though. I could have taken this for a photo of a picture. The sense of movement and music is marvelous

Bit of paving slab bottom rhs, musicians standing, could be the 'performance' area at Covent garden,or not!
Has to be one of the best shots I've seen for ages!
I think a certain Mal is gonna love this one...
I'll go with Covent Garden as well smile

pixelpixie: I had an inkling you might like this one smile Thanks Mal.
Absolutely wonderful!
catching up with your photos, Jose..what an inspiratin you are! This is magnificient. It's late and I'm listening to Joshua Bell and this fits my mood perfectly! Absolutely wonderful photo!...don't know where you are though... smile
pixelpixie: I trying to catch up on comments! Got so behind! I've not heard of Joshua Bell so did a Google and learned he is an inspiration. Next time I'm in a record shop, I'll see what I can find of his over here. I was in Covent Garden and these musicians were buskers. I'm guessing they were London College of Music Students as their repertoire was fantastic.
