Airdmhurain Breakers

A fresh beginning after the Christmas interlude! Thanks everyone for all the Christmas comments. I met up with family at New Year and it sparked of a fresh attack at the family tree after hitting a brick wall eighteen months ago. I can see I shall be sidetracked until the next brick wall looms.

lovely shot jose.i have only been to scotland once we stayed in a caravan at wymms bay,its the ferry terminal for the isle of bute .
pixelpixie: Terrible! Never mind Devon and Bude, get yourself up country to the Outer Hebs. Promise, you'll fall in love and find yourself going back every year!
Welcome back Jose - nice sense of movement you've captured in this shot.
pixelpixie: Hi Bernie, thanks. The tide was coming in fast when I took this. The power of those waves was phenomenal. Why we just can't generate all our power from this source of energy I don't know.

You have made a boring shoreline look dramatic with a lower viewpoint.

Very striking shot - you have captured the power of the waves so well. I like the crop as it accentuates the horizontal bands.

Captures to feeling of the waves rolling in just right, well caught Jose.
pixelpixie: Thank-you Les. The sea fascinates me. Would have spent longer here but in reality, it was very cold, the wind was biting.

I'm sorry I missed this one, Jose-Ann! It's wonderful and expansive, just like the ocean! I love it, having spent 12 year near the coast in California when my two kids were born.
